The service
Budgiy is a personal budgeting tool. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Budgiy and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Subscriptions
Budgiy offers a free tier and a Pro plan at 29 DKK per month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your data
You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter into Budgiy. We do not claim any rights over your content. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using Budgiy for unlawful purposes.
Liability
Budgiy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the app's output, or for any data loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.
